This policy applies only to the mobile application Ultimate Pinoy Henyo (package name: ph.pinoyhenyo.pinoy_henyo_ph), published by Joseph Buarao / CodaTech Web Development Services. It does not apply to IlawLessonPlan Generator or other products.

2. Summary

• The core game (players, teams, scores, rounds) runs on your device. We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect and process device and advertising information to show ads.
• You may buy a one-time Henyo Pro upgrade through Google Play Billing to remove ads. Payment details are handled by Google, not by us.
• We do not operate a separate user database for this game, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Information we do not collect ourselves

We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or location to play. Player names, teams, scores, and game settings you enter stay on your device for local gameplay. We do not upload that party-game content to our own servers.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob) — free version

If you use the free version, the app displays ads provided by Google AdMob (for example banner and interstitial ads). AdMob is a service operated by Google.

Depending on your device settings and Google’s policies, AdMob may collect or process information such as:

• Advertising ID / device identifiers
• IP address and general device/network information
• App interaction data related to ad delivery and performance
• Approximate location derived from IP (if provided by the ad platform)

This information is used to deliver, measure, and (where allowed) personalize ads. We do not control Google’s full processing of ad data. Please review Google’s policies:

You can often limit ad personalization in your Android settings (for example under Google → Ads / Ads privacy) or by resetting your advertising ID. Options vary by Android version and region.

5. In-app purchases (Henyo Pro)

Henyo Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Google may share limited purchase status with the app so Pro features can be unlocked on your device.

6. How information is used

• To run the game on your device
• To show ads in the free version (via AdMob)
• To unlock Henyo Pro after a valid Google Play purchase
• To respond if you email us for support

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Service providers involved in the free and paid experience include:

• Google AdMob — advertising on the free version
• Google Play / Play Billing — distribution and in-app purchases

Those services process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share your party player lists or scores with advertisers from our own servers, because we do not host that content.

8. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or otherwise delete it. Ad and purchase-related data retained by Google is governed by Google’s retention practices. If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to help you.

9. Children’s privacy

The app is rated for a general audience and may be played in family or classroom settings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own systems. The free version may show third-party ads via AdMob. Parents and guardians should supervise use by children and may prefer Henyo Pro (ad-free) where appropriate.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact us and we will delete that correspondence where required.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps appropriate for an offline-first party game. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Keep your device updated and protect access to your Google account used for Play purchases.

• Play offline for the core party game experience
• Purchase Henyo Pro to remove ads
• Adjust ad personalization / advertising ID settings on Android
• Clear app data or uninstall to remove local game data

12. International users

The app is distributed worldwide through Google Play. If you use the free version, Google may process ad-related data in various countries as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
